Microchip ICD to PICkit adapter

This simple adapter allows to use Microchip ICD programmers with target boards with PICkit connector. It is also possible to do the opposite, connect PICkit programmer to RJ12, for example to be used with Tag-Connect programming cable. This board is essentially a clone of the Microchip AC164110, providing exactly the same functionality.
