This simple adapter allows to use Microchip ICD programmers with
target boards with PICkit connector. It is also possible to do the
opposite, connect PICkit programmer to RJ12, for example to be used
with Tag-Connect programming cable. This board is essentially a
clone of the Microchip AC164110, providing exactly the same
functionality.
The board is designed with Eagle 5.12. You can download the design

For use with PICkit programmer, you can use right angle pin header
instead of the right angle socket strip.
In above picture the adapter is used to connect Tag-Connect
TC2030-MCP programming cable to PICkit2. In picture below, the
adapter is used to connect ICD3 to 28-pin development board.
